Jim Pate is a certified restaurant broker who focuses on helping buyers and sellers in Northern California. He brings to his clients a wealth of experience in the foodservice industry. With over 30 years of experience as a chef working at Harrah’s Lake Tahoe and Oregon State University as well as ten years of experience as an owner/ operator of a successful restaurant, which he sold in 2016, Jim has firsthand knowledge of the ins and outs of the restaurant industry. He also holds fifteen years of experience working as a consultive foodservice salesman for leading national companies.
Jim Pate’s passion and understanding of the business as a whole enables him to assist both buyers and sellers throughout the transaction process. He has been recognized for his extraordinary commitment to excellence by helping restaurant owners solve problems and increase their profits and growth.
